What to expect:
- We choose eclectic 3-4 *Hotels at the beach
- Yoga at the beach instructed by a professional Yoga teacher – about 6 hours over 5 days
- First-class writer’s workshop conducted by screenwriter Jay Amernick.
- Mind transforming personal development and health workshop by Lifestyle Design Coach Jean-Anne Alexander, Germany
- Arts and beaches are right around the corner and in the backyard of the hotel.
We meet at Green Valley Ranch (GVR) at 6:00 am
After a pleasant ride with a small group of people (no more than 15) in a mini-coach, we will get to our welcoming hotel, to get ready for the beach. A little activity of swimming, yoga, walking and stretching at the ocean beach, right in the hotels backyard, will balance out the day.
5:00 pm We will go out for a stroll through the Arts Mile to enjoy the galleries, and stop by here and there for dinner and a glass of wine or so. We will walk back to our cozy hotel and sleep like a rock!
We meet at the beach at 6:00 am
Before or after a long walk at the beach, your Yoga teacher is waiting for you to get your body in shape with concentration, relaxation and exercises. Let’s drink Jean-Anne’s special cleansing tea all morning for a detox weekend. We start with a healthy breakfast with lots of fruits, yogurt, nuts and oats.
In the afternoon, we will have the opportunity to meet with Jay Aemrnick and participate on his 3-hour workshop
HOW DO I BECOME A SCREEN WRITER
5.00 pm The evening is open for the culinary art at one of the best restaurants in town. It might be a vegan restaurant, if you chose to.
7.30 pm Back to the hotel for an open conversation night in a pristine set-up with Jay Amernick as our special guest.
Starts with a healthy breakfast with lots of fruits, yogurt, nuts and oats.
Sun is good to us, so we have the chance to jump into the water, do our gymnastic exercises and Yoga at and in the Pacific Ocean.
Before noon, we have the opportunity to participate in an important workshop:
“Herbs Instead of Pills” – Conducted by Jean-Anne Alexander
A lesson in alternative healing methods, Herbs Instead of Pills offers advice on how to use natural herbs. I share with you the traditional Maria Treben’s “God’s Apothecary” and the experiences in using herbal remedies for treating a wide range of ailments. You take home a workbook with your self-created healthy recipes.
5.00 pm We will head back to Las Vegas and arrive there around 10.00 pm. On our way home Jay Amernick and Jean-Anne Alexander are open for questions about your goals and how to achieve them.
